The Map and the Territory reviewed in Tangent

They say “don’t read the reviews”.

I took a deep breath, and then I read the review of The Map and the Territory in Tangent. (“the genre's premiere review magazine for short SF & Fantasy since 1993”)

A review is useless unless it's honest, and an honest reviewer isn’t going to like everything they read and review (even if it’s in the category of stuff they review because they like it!). So I was happy to see that my story emerged largely unscathed:

[…] The idea is not completely original, but the way it is used in the climax is provocative.
